FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• HOW DOES ORDERING WORK?

We're glad you asked! All Cereal Killer cookie orders are to be placed through the website. Simply click "ORDER HERE" on any tab of our website to be redirected to our online boutique. There, add as many killer cookies as your sweet heart desires to your cart. After clicking "Check Out", select local CLT Pickup (we're located in uptown) OR Shipping. From there, add your payment information and get hungry for some killer cookies!

• AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO PICK UP?

We typically ask for a two day courtesy period after the ordering is placed (they may be done sooner!). When we're finished with your cookies, you'll receive an email and then you'll be able to arrange a specific pick up time through emailing us or texting us. We're flexible!

• WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC PICK UP DATE IN MIND?

Simply email cerealkillerbakery@gmail.com and include your name, phone number, desired order, and desired pick up date and time and we'll be sure to work with your convenience as much as possible! After we reach an agreement, go ahead and place your order on our website and get excited!

• DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

Yes! At this time, we're unable to ship our fuilly iced and decorated cookies and so we've created a Build Your Own Killer Cookie Box so you can enjoy our cookies to their fullest anywhere in the US! Simply order your cookies as usual from our website, and select shipping. Within the box, you'll receive the undecorated cookies, the frosting, and their toppings along with a card instructing how us Cereal Killers decorate them. This box is so fun and interactive, perfect for the young and old kiddos ;)

**NOTE** At this time, we're unable to ship our killer cookie cakes. 

• HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We use USPS First Class so you can expect your packages to be delivered within roughly three days after they're shipped. Just like our local pick up, we request a two day courtesy period to bake and decorate your cookies. Thus, you can expect your killer cookies in roughly five days, (USPS willing) !
